I made a homebrew spell for a character in my campaign. Since it was a cantrip for a Cleric, I also made a feat to add the spell to their sheet, however the spell itself is not showing up under their Spells tab for some reason.
I have a Master's Tier subscription, it's in my homebrew collection, the player's sheet has Homebrew toggled to allowed, content sharing is on for the campaign, and the spell itself shows up in the Add Spells tab when managing spells, but not on their character sheet itself.
I've tried toggling all options on and off, making sure any all required fields were filled, but can't seem to find a way to have it actually show up on the character's spell tab. I'm not sure what else I can try to have it show up on the player's sheet. Help?
Thanks for the link! I attempted to refresh the page and all that. I know it's not a matter of having to wait for the servers to refresh, the feat and spell were made weeks ago. I've tried removing one of the cantrips and removing then adding the feat back but that didn't seem to help. I was able to add the homebrew spell after removing one of the other cantrips, but it didn't help with the feat (which is supposed to add the cantrip).
Managed to get it to show up, sometimes. I had put in too much info on the Add Spell section to the Feat (where it asks to put in a Spell, Spell Level or Spell Class). Modifying that does make the spell show up, but now every time the character sheet is refreshed, it disappears and can only be re-added if removing and adding the feat back in each time.
Ahh ha ha. Yeah, for a Cantrip all you need is the name of the spell, a spellcasting ability, “Consumes Spell Slot” and “Counts as Known” both set to “No.” Absolutely everything else should be left blank.
You probably have “Always Prepared” set to yes, which is throwing things outta wack for you because cantrips don’t get prepared. Either that or you have “Is Infinite” checked when it shouldn’t be. That checkbox is for the Ritual Caster feat. Just fill out the form as I described above and then [SAVE CHANGES] on the whole feat and it should sort you out.

See General FAQ #s 6 & 6-B: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq). If that doesn’t sort you out drop another line either here or in the FAQ thread and I’ll try to help you troubleshoot it further.
