I have an encounter showing up on the My Encounters page that I can no longer view, edit, or delete. I was originally trying to delete the encounter but found that it's completely inaccessible.
Attempting to use the edit link from the My Encounters page still navigates me to an edit page with that same GUID in the URL, but the page either loads data for a brand new encounter or data from one of my other encounters instead of the intended encounter. Saving from this page seemed to create a brand new encounter.
