I am an active monthly subscriber at the Master level. My account was paid up until 3/11/18 and is now set at "past due" I checked and I did not cancel my subscription at any time. Was I mistaken in thinking that it would auto charge every month? I have a game tonight and my players need to be able to access the shared information and books. Should I just sign up again?
