It should be +2 Intelligence. In the source book this is correct. Just not in description during the character creation process.
Mechanically it seems to still apply the correct bonuses. Just an error in the description unless it is intentional since the correct version is written under Ability Score Increase but it does make for confusing reading.
I'm kind of surprised this still gets reported every time there is a new variant, even though it has been that way for every variant race since the variant human in the PHB (which has race summary of regular human).
I'm not surprised - we definitely need to improve this feature of the character builder, as it is absolutely misleading to present the traits for a race the user hasn't selected.
During character creation if you pick the Draconblood Dragonborn it will say the following.
Racial Traits
+2 Strength, +1 Charisma, Draconic Ancestry, Breath Weapon, Damage Resistance

D&D Beyond FoundersIt can be a bit misleading for variant races - the interface was designed for races with subraces.

hi, i see the draconblood option in the subraces in the dragonborn page but i can't see it in the character creator page. am i missing something?
Toggle Critical Role Content ON (red/right) in the character's HOME | Preferences.
Helpful rewriter of Japanese->English translation and delver into software codebases (she/e/they)
If this didn't work, it may be shared with you from a campaign your character is not in.
