leveled up and I should have a level 4 spell slot but the character sheet doesn't show that and idk how to fix

If you're using XP instead of milestone you have to up the XP and set the level. Otherwise try refreshing the cache on the character sheet -- toggle the DM inspiration marker on and off -- and then try editing the character sheet again.
