So I'm running a campaign with 7 players and one of my players can't join the AboveVTT with his barbarian. Me (as the DM) can join the VTT using his character, but for whatever reason he doesn't even have the option. We've walked through resetting the VTT link, logging him out and back in, deleting and recreating the character before rejoining the campaign, but nothing seems to be working. Any helpful advice or ideas are extremely appreciated as we just had session 0 and are officially starting next Sunday!

The Above VTT has absolutely nothing whatsoever about o do with this website. You will have to contact them about this.
