I'm sure they used to be their, because I remember preparing Wizard spells based on which were and weren't ritual spells. Have they been removed, or am I just going a little bit mad?
Actually, I'm reproducing the issue. Don't see Con or Ritual tag icons in the Character Builder, Classes page, Spells sections. Windows 10, both Firefox and Chrome have the issue. The icons do show on the Character Sheet in the Spells section and under Manage Spells.

I've been aware for... (IDK maybe multiple years now, maybe only 1...) that wizard spells do not display ritual tags until after they are added to spell book. Is this what you are experiencing?
No, even when added to the spellbook, they do not display the icon tags. It's not just wizards, either. The other classes seem to have the same issue.
Ok, I've done some experimenting and have interesting results.
The ritual tag foes not show in character builder no matter what.
The ritual tag does not show in manage spells on character sheet unless it is "known"
The ritual tag does not show in manage spells on character sheet unless that class can perform rituals.
Artificers, clerics, and druids can see ritual tags in manage spells by default. Bards, wizards, and warlocks with the book of shadows invocation can see ritual tag after learning the spell.
They basically made it so spells are only rituals if the character can perform it as a ritual (#3), but by doing so have spread the bug I previously mentioned only effected wizards (#1&2) to every class.
I hope this is something they plan to fix for the builder, as without the tag there's no way to see which spells are or aren't ritual spells when building a character.

Are you using the App or a browser (and if so which one)? What OS?

Windows 10 with chrome. I CAN see actually see them in the Spells section. Just the character builder for me.
And I'm having the same issue on mobile.

^Thanks for doing the legwork here.
