I have been subscribed with master subscription for awhile and its saying on my character creation that my sub is master tier but it wont let me create characters. It also tells me to deactivate certain characters so i am allowed to make more. is there a fix to this?

It varies, depending on how swamped they are. They don’t work weekends. Please don’t send duplicate requests, as that often part of the slow down. if you haven’t heard anything in a week, I’d suggest posting back here with a ticket number.
