Is anyone else having issues with the support team? I submitted a ticket on December 12th and no reponse yet, this is outrageous. I even tried to contact them again by email on December 21st and no reponse either. I understand it's Christmas, people go on holiday and there are many tickets to attend, but having a ticket for over two weeks is just too much.
1 to 2 weeks was normal, non-holiday times. Double or triple it for them having a skeleton crew for a month...
Don't send more emails, that will only grow the pile and slow them down from getting to the next person. But feel free to complain here if it exceeds 4 weeks.
