Upon leveling to 10, the amount has not actually changed as is still +1 bonus, as seen in these images:

Never mind - I worked it out. I had to remove the infusion completely and then reinfuse it
I've been confounded by this and had to search this forum. I thank you for the fix but this should be corrected somewhere down the road.
annoying that it doesn't auto update.
