My Paladin just recieved sunsword(which cost me two bucks), but it refers to sunblade, so I actually dont get any usefull information. Information must be duplicated. My character has Dex 20 and str 14. The finess properties does not work. The character sheet shold always use the better value

But most likely it will take some time to see this fixed. The Sun Blade is a bit tricky since it has the properties of both a longsword and a shortsword.
A workaround would be customize the attack entry in the attack section.

This item appears to be a longsword hilt. While grasping the hilt, *******************************************. While the blade exists, this magic longsword has the finesse property. If you are proficient with shortswords or longswords, you are proficient with the sun blade.
in fact it miss in note property .... finess and while you make homebrew from a sun blade you can set proficiency - shortsword so the main probleme is that there isnt a property option in the homebrew ..otherwise we could be able to create our own sun blade in homebrew without any problem
so i dont think its hard for the dev to add property finess and proficiency shortsword to that item, finess let you use the best between DEX and STR it doesnt make any change to other property as a longsword if you use your STR
Both sunsword and sun blade should now be fixed, except for the one final complication of allowing short sword proficiency to work for it. Finesse and the damage type is good to go.
Any idea when the short sword issue will be resolved? My Monk is still having issues with Dawnbringer.
This is not the final solution, but you can adjust this using the 'Customize' functionality. Don't want your monk to display too low of an attack bonus. :)
Just add your proficiency bonus number to the To Hit Bonus field:
Avrae integration with this and the Holy Avenger is not working fully in that it should only do the extra D8 damage (for Dawnbringer) when the target is Undead - however it does it all the time. Does anyone know of a work around? (A similar issue exists with the Holy Avenger)
