Whenever I am leveling up a spell caster, no matter what kind I am making I am never able to add spells above the first level. I am always only given the option of first level spells even when I am trying to add to a level 20 character.
I have kind of resolved the issue. It seems that it only happens when you are in the microsoft edge browser. So i would assume that there is some kind of compatibility issue with the browser.
