Suddenly one of my player's character sheets won't load regardless of the fact that I'm the DM in a couple of his campaigns on D&D Beyond. We have an old campaign that we were playing that still has the character sheets in it, and I tried opening that one as well as the one in the current campaign and all I get is the page that shows a black dragon and says:
You don't have access to this page.
If you are trying to access a character sheet, make sure its privacy setting is configured correctly for you to access it.
It is also possible that you are trying to enter the 403rd level of the endless dungeon and the ancient dragon Rylzrayrth is rising up to block your path...

I've checked the other player's characters and I can open them all, it is only this player's characters I can't open... he's away, and unable to answer texts, so I was supposed to run his character during the game, but since I can't open his character sheet, I don't know his bonuses for attacks/spells/etc...
This is also happening to me. I import player characters to Foundry, and was trying to do so with 1 of my players. Went to my campaign on dndbeyond to check his character for changes, and I couldn't open his character on dndbeyond. I've opened his character many times before, as recently as 2 weeks ago. Not happening with any other characters in my campaign.
I don't think players should be able to restrict the DM from viewing or editing their character if it's part of that DM's campaign, for any reason.
**edit** After talking to him, turns out he'd cancelled his dndbeyond subscription, and he hadn't yet chosen which characters he wanted to keep. Once he'd made his selections, I had access again.
