The Genie Warlock is missing the wish spell as an option for Mystic Arcanum (9th level). You should have access to it from Expanded Spell List (1st-level Genie feature).

This has been a known issue since the book came out. They have given no ETA on a fix.

This seems like a simple fix. Not sure why a years has gone by without resolving it.
