I recently opened my mobile app to view my characters in preparation for a dnd game I have coming up. All the downloaded books and such are there, and my account is logged in, but the characters are nowhere to be seen, the page is blank (it asks me to make a new one). I went to my computer and was able to see them just fine, but was prompted to update my billing information (new credit card) for my Hero tier subscription. I checked my phone and it says I have no subscription and it is prompting me to make one.
Do any of you have an idea what is going on and how I can resolve this? I'll admit I am not the most techy guy, but I am quite confused. Thank you!
