I've lost access to the character that I have been playing with for about a year now. Looking back, it's likely my fault as I made the character and then it was just there and I didn't have an account tied to it.
At some point I lost access to it. I'm assuming that whatever cache or browser data that was allowing me to continue to access it was deleted/removed.
Doing some research it seems like players that have had this error in the past have somehow had it fix itself or gotten help.
Just wondering if there is a way I can retrieve the character or if I need to remake it.
According to your account you only just joined recently:
You must have accidentally logged in under an alternate login method and created an alternate account. Happens all the time. Log out and log back in under different methods (apple, google, wizards, etc.) until you find your original account. That account is the one with your character.

This was the exact fix. I don't even remember having the other account. Thank you so much for the help and apologies for such a basic issue.
