I have the same problem, I have three encounters Casslelanter Encounter, Kolat Tower: K18, and Kolat tower: K3. I have had them since 2021. I have tried to rename them, reuse them and edit them as well as delete them with no success. If you find out how to get rid of these encounters, please post it here so others with the same issue can fix it. thanks.
edit: I found this on another thread: to paraphrase, we need to use the contact us at the bottom of the page and submit a ticket. Sometimes it takes a week+ to resolve it. That is what I am going to do, good luck. :)
I have an encounter titled Cloud Courtyard Battle and I can't delete or adjust it. if I go to resume it, it turns into an Untitled Encounter.
I would love for it to be deleted.

I'm right there with you. I reported this issue starting back in 2021. It might be fixed......
