Trying to type in a long description of a home brew artifact, it seems that once the rich text field for description equals or exceeds the screen’s height you can no longer scroll down. I originally thought the scroll glitch wouldn’t let you scroll past the text area, but now my description is long enough that I can’t scroll even to the bottom of the description. If I attempt to, the display flickers and jumps giving me glimpses of what’s further down the page, but always remains where I started scrolling.
I also noticed that when the text in the text area is shorter and scrolling is possible, using the arrow keys on my iPad keyboard causes the page to scroll to the bottom of the page, though the cursor remains in the text area and the arrows function appropriately with respect to the cursor. Once the text content gets long enough to prevent proper scrolling, using the arrow keys makes the display flicker as described above, but returns to the original view.
I’m using a 9.5” iPad Pro with iOS 11.4 in Chrome 67.0.3396.87
