Hopefully I'm posting in the right place. I've had Planescape: Adventures in the Multiverse shared with me for quite a while now, but no matter what I try or when I try I am unable to download the content on my mobile app.
I have several other sources shared with me and I share many with others myself, none of us have any issues with any other book. All other source/adventure books download with no issue.
I'm posting this now because it's been an issue for several weeks and I'm unable to come up with any solution myself. Does anyone know why it won't download, or perhaps have an answer for my problem?
Edit: A bit of additional info. It's 149mb on the app, I've downloaded several books after receiving Planescape, so I know it's not a storage issue. Whenever I try to download the book material it says Download Failed and gives me an option to Retry Downloading.
