I have everything purchased and today when one of my players goes to create a new character the only races available are from Basic Rules, Elemental Evil, and Player's Handbook. We can see that in the race filter at the top. I see everything and was able to create a character for him but when he edits it there are still lots of missing content.
I'm guessing with the upcoming update is totally borking things up.
I figured it out. I did not realize that the master tier only allowed 3 campaigns. I had setup a 4th campaign: mine, my GF's, my son's, and I had set up my GFs other game she wants to run for us at the house.
This is where the cost of subs gets a bit annoying plus another $350 in book purchases for a second account. It would be really nice to be able to share the account content with other household members similar to Amazon Prime or Spotify. Physical books can just be handed across the couch to my GF but no can do with the digital version unfortunately. I could totally see yearly master subs for each GM but being able to share the books with your significant other would be nice. Low priority I expect since not many have multiple GMs in the same household.
It's worth noting that, if you want more campaigns that you can use to share - another member of your family could take out a Master Subscription as well.
For content sharing of purchased content to take place, you need:
A campaign.
Someone (anyone) in the campaign with a master subscription.
Someone in the campaign with the purchased content to be shared. This can even be split amongst multiple people.
It's also worth noting that you can deactivate content sharing for a campaign temporarily, so that you can activate it on a different campaign. Whilst content sharing is disabled, it will mean players who accessed your content through that campaign won't get to see your purchased content, but their characters will be perfectly safe and ok, you just need to reactivate sharing for them to be able to update those characters.

Does the player have a character in your campaign and has someone used their Master Tier subscription to turn on content sharing?
