Considering I can't find other posts like this, I must have done something wrong. After the character sheet revamp, all of my old characters are greyed out with only the option to delete them. What am I missing?
Appreciate any help you guys can provide. I'm feeling like I missed something in the revamp announcement?
greyed out characters usually happens after a subscription has expired. There's a message that requests you nominate 6 characters to stay current, but if you declined the option or closed the page without reviewing it (I don't know about you, but I often have 20+ tabs open in my browser) then it will default to all characters being "retired"
Please head over to the D&D Beyond support site and lodge a ticket there, as they will be able to assist you.
Ahh I did let a subscription roll off after the campaign I was using it for ended. I didn't realize that would make all of my characters unavailable (why would that make sense if I'm below the limit?). Regardless, thank you--I was mistaken in assuming it was linked to the character sheet revamp.
