I noticed that my save DC for Slow was lower than my other spells on my warlock. DC15 instead of DC16.
When I un-attune my standard rod of pactkeeper +1 all the DCs become 15. SO it seems like Slow doesn't count as a Warlock spell for this which I believe is wrong(?) However Polymorph from Sculpture of Flesh invocation does get the +1 bonus, which I believe is intended behaviour.
