Wood Half Elf Race option in character creation does not include the option to add the 2 ability scores you are able to choose. The +2 charisma is being added correctly.
thanks for the report - it indeed looks like there is an issue there with some of the Half-Elf variants. I'll take a look and see if I can resolve them.
update: unfortunately it's not something I can fix. It looks like the issue is something to do with the code that prevents Half-Elves from picking charisma with their +1 stat increases. We've referred this to the dev team.

Thanks for the update. For now i have just switched it to manual to get the appropriate stats until it is fixed.
