Same problem. Cleared cookies, and enabled 3rd party cookies, reloaded. The loop stopped, but now when I put something in the shopping cart, it seems to instantly expire. I managed to purchase a digital asset last night, but today I am trying to purchase some physical books, and the cart just won't let me.
Having this same exact issue. Tried clearing my cache, my cookies, logging out and logging back in. I can't purchase anything because the cart is permanently expired.
Having Issue with the new marketplace bugging out and it can't decide if I am logged in or out. Page seems to be stuck in a funky loop.
