Any news on this? I'm getting similar results. Changes to the character do not show up in subsequent Character Builder sessions or Export but the online character sheet does change. Some examples... changing Advancement Type (Milestone -> Experience), adding various items of equipment. Neither of these changes show up in exports.

View character shows my equipment and changes to point buy. when I export the sheet it shows the old values for point buy and no equipment.
