Hey, I bought a ton of paid content on DND Beyond and now, on a day I need to access it for a campaign, I can't because my Twitch account has no such content.
What's the deal? Why didn't it let me merge them? This sucks.
For further context, I bought stuff with my old username. I tried to login and it needed a twitch login - my old username/PW didn't work. So I used my twitch login - then it asked for my username. I entered my old one, but it said "that username is taken" and would not let me. So I entered this new one, assuming of course that since I share an email address with the old one, clearly that's how they must populate the account. Nope!
Can someone help me solve this? This is a major bummer, I bought a bunch of content books.
However I can help some - there has been no account merging - your D&D Beyond account has been the same as your Twitch account since day one of this site.
I expect what has happened is you've created a new twitch account or logged in with a different twitch account. You need to go back and login to Twitch with your old Twitch account, which is the same thing as your old D&D Beyond account.
I'll send you an email with further information on your accounts.
