I have the Master Tier subscription, logged in, can see the 2024 PHB content, created an entirely new character with Legacy and all other sources turned off, wanted to add a Potion of Healing to my inventory and it was not available.
Looked in the PHB and found the entry for "Brewing Potions of Healing" and when I hover over the "Potion of Healing" Tooltip it says "This is part of the PHB 2024 digital content pack. Click to visit the marketplace for purchasing options."
I have purchased it. That's how I could see the page in the first place.
There seems to be some disconnect between seeing the PHB book and accessing the items within it whilst I am viewing it in the early release to Master Tier users.
If I turn on the Legacy option in the character generator home page, I can then add legacy Potions of Healing, but I was trying to create an entirely fresh character, based on an old one, for use with the new ruleset.
How do I get past this?
As a footnote, the next tooltip in the 2024 PHB, for "Spell Scroll" under "Scribing Spell Scrolls" links to legacy content.
i have the same problem, this is bullcrap when they wanna give early accest it meant early accent this is break of contract and it can get them remove from the eu market. im sure hasbro will love to loose that market
I just went through all this too just to get Circle of the Moon Druid and here I am with the same issue lol. Everything should be in the character creator now, right?
Go to this thread, scroll down just a little bit until you see Synching Entitlements, and follow the instructions. It fixed all those same issues for me.
Thank you! I realized that my character was created by the 2014 legacy rules. I guess I still can’t get Circle of the Moon if we’re playing by those rules. It does work by the new Druid rules. It’s kind of frustrating to be in the middle of creating characters for a new game at this time!! Any hints on how to just buy one aspect of the 2014 legacy book? I’ve read it can be done, but I’m not seeing it in the marketplace.

What is it that drives you?
Imagination and magic items... like the Dastardly Pouch of Debt Collection or the Silverstar.
My Homebrew list is here.

Has there been any news on this?
It's so frustrating that it's advertised we'd get early access, and yet the access is incomplete.
