I own only 2014 edition books so far (we have just started a campaign 2 months ago and I bought several books for it, so we'll wait for the campaign to finish before deciding whether or not to switch rules).
I selected all sources on the home tab of the character editor (2024, expanded, legacy). Some cleric domains appear as "legacy" in the drop down, but war and trickery don't.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, but in that case it may be a bit confusing
There is a workaround if someone in your campaign has one of these sub-classes running. A copy of the needed character can join the campaign. You can then claim this character after it's being unassigned. Then adjust the character to your needs.

The 2024 classes were made available for free so you selected the wrong version. Change class, and in the dropdown it will be sectioned : choose from Legacy, at the bottom, not the Core Rules. When you do all the 2014 subclassed you have access to will be available again.

Since the release of the 2024 PHB, several cleric subclasses are missing from the character builder. Among the missing cleric domains are:
- war domain
- death domain
- trickery domain
etc.
It is thus currently impossible to create several of the cleric subclasses, despite having bought all the necessary books.
Can you be more specific? Are you using the 2024 version of the Cleric class or the 2014 version? Which version or versions of the PHB do you own?

Even if I disable "expanded rules" and keep only "legacy rules", the bug persists.
