The last few days when I click Login it loads a page where I have to click a Login button, which loads another page with a login form, which then loads another page where I am asked to authorize use of my Twitch account... every time!
What gives? It used to be that when I clicked Login it took me right to the login form, and I wasn't asked to authorize my twitch account.
Used to be 2 clicks, now it's 4.

Because a vocal user base were annoyed that they had to go to Twitch and logout/login first before coming here and being autologged into whichever Twitch account their cookies were currently set to.

"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
This is due to a change in Twitch's login process. We have had to move to using their passport system. It is more clicks, but also solves two previous issues: 1.) being able to login with a different Twitch account, 2.) no longer requiring 3rd-party cookies being enabled.
Seriously? Forgive me, but that is dumb and backwards. I use both Twitch and DDB and this makes it much less user friendly. Isn't it at least possible not to have to authenticate my Twitch account every time?

I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.
