All my characters are greyed out, with the only option below them saying "Delete". I can't view or modify the characters. I'm below the character limit, and if I create a new character, I am able to access it and change it normally.
Did you have a subscription end recently (hero tier or master tier)?
If so, there is a dialog that pops up the first time you go to your characters page, asking you which of your characters you wish to retain access to, so that you are within the 6 character limit - all other characters are then disabled.
If that page is closed without selecting any characters, they are all disabled.
If this is what happened, please raise a support ticket, stating which characters you wish to have enabled.
