Trying to add a homebrew armor item and the STR and Disadvantage fields don't seem to be applying correctly.
The (elven chain mail +1) armor should only have an 11 STR requirement and no disadvantage on Stealth, but when I apply those details, it doesn't reflect in the final item.
The final item shows 13 STR and Stealth Disadvantage when added to my inventory, like normal chain mail.
The +1 AC modifier is applying correctly, bringing the total AC up to 17.

The STR requirement is standard for chainmail, so I don't think you can change that. There's been a recent change to homebrew however to allow the removal of disadvantage on stealth from armor.
Ok, that should work now - there's an additional modifier that can be added to armour, called "Stealth Disadvantage" and it can be set to IMPOSE or IGNORE to change whether the armour causes stealth disadvantage.
Just took a look at the updated item. Definitely looks like it is working correctly now! Sorry I missed the modifier to ignore the advantage and thanks for the quick assistance!
