I am playing a barbarian and I want path of the totem warrior but I don't have it as an option even after buying the 2014 PHB

Is the legacy toggle on in the character builder, and are you using the legacy barbarian class?

I have the same issue, but for Eldritch Knight. I have Legacy Content toggled on and verified that the 2014 PHB is in my collection. Anything I missed doing?
