On that support page, it used to say the following:
Note: If you made the purchase before September 3rd, or it's been longer than 10 business days, and you don’t see the email, or don’t remember the email you used for the purchase, please reply with your order number so we can investigate the matter for you.
However, it seems like they have deleted that text from the page!
it has been over 2 weeks without an answer from support. Has anyone successfully had this issue resolved? I also have low confidence they will correctly send the second email with the gold dragon mini.

I preordered the core rule book digital bundle on 8/14 (one bundle for myself and another as a gift).
According to what I read here (https://dndbeyond-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/30467696697492-2024-Core-Rules-Pre-Order-Bonus-Items), the dice and art book were supposed to have been delivered by email, however I have not received them. I also do not know if for the gift order, they get sent to me or the recipient. They did not go to spam.
