when making a core 2024 warlock i have access to subclasses from TCoE and XGtE but not the eldritch evo's from those books.

Legacy Warlock Invocations aren't supported for the 2024 Warlock. We're working on supporting backward compatibility for Legacy Invocations, but we don't have an ETA.
