character creation issues

hello so is there any1 i can speak with about an issue as i have purchased a few books including old 2014 PHB and DMG as well as the new 1s for 2024 but when creating character i can only pick one subclass.

for example if i create a druid only subclass option i am given is circle of land.
no moon stars sea shepherd or spore etc
it is the same with every other class only get 1 choice not all like i should have
i have allowed content from all sources but still nothing

So, I know you say you've purchased both PHBs, but this is exactly what happens if you create a character with a 2024 class without owning the 2024 PHB. Are you sure you purchased the 2024 PHB? Can you access it here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/phb-2024

It might be that your entitlements are not in sync (i.e., the character builder does not know about your purchases yet). Try going here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses

and if it says your entitlements are not in sync, click the sync button there and then try again.

 yes i for sure have and they are in sync i have triple checked lol. but i also submitted a ticket after posting this and as of 2 hrs ago its working fine so im assuming whatever the issue was they corrected it lol but ty for your help anyway

Hello. I am attempting to create a new character using my already purchased books and a lot of the content is missing. I can't create a warlock with the GOO patron. However I can choose Genie so some of my books are working.
