content sync issues

I recently purchased several books including the players handbooks and dm guides for my dm to be able to use in our campaign and despite setting things up according to the FAQ's it is still not working. Is there any help out there to fix this issue?

Did you buy in the app? That takes some time to fully sync.

Are your entitlements up to date? Are everybody else's?

Does somebody have a master subscription and have they turned sharing on? Try turning it off then on again.
