I preordered the new PHB, MM and DMG months ago. Then I received an update that my order could not be processed. So I then just ordered the PHB. Everything was fine. When the DMG was available for preorder, I ordered it. What happened since is not making any sense.
I received 2 DMGs. I assume something about the bundled preorder worked and the new preorder worked but I was charged twice. I wanted to return the extra copy.
This is where things get weird. My account shows NO orders. I submitted a ticket, #4150915. I was informed that I could return the extra copy. So when I login to my account again, I still see NO orders. I then create a ticket, #4164900, because I am thinking that there is some ghost account out there with more order information. Not to mention my D&D Beyond subscription and payment methods. I have tried every possible technical step such as clearing cache, resetting passwords and verifying ALL possible login types. Absolutely nothing works. Not to mention I have not had consistent feedback with ticket, #4164900. I have no way of knowing if everything is lost. And I have no way of knowing if there are subscriptions out there that I cannot cancel for an account that I cannot access for some reason.
This is getting very frustrating and my patience is wearing thin.

And even more so, I can't link my Wizards.com account with D&Dbeyond because apparently I have two separate Marandahir accounts. Can I delete that account and associate my Wizards.com account with this one that was made from twitch back when D&D Beyond first started? I tried to log in with it and I think it created a second one, or else the second one was made first years ago too and I got confused.

Ok, so you have two accounts, made with wizards and twitch.
Can you successfully log in with both of them?
Which one did you buy the books with? Can you log in with that account and see the books?
If everything you've bought is on the same account, and the other one is just vestigial, then you can delete that one and then probably associate the second login method with the first account by going to the user menu->account
The tab that it starts out on is the one you use to associate additional login methods with your account.
If you've got stuff split between the two accounts, then you're going to need to contact support to get it untangled. I don't know if they can help you, and they're also very backed up (weeks for a response in many cases).
(If all you've got in one is characters, then there are ways to transfer them over, but that doesn't work for purchases, homebrew, etc.)

Look at the top of the order page. It should say something about orders placed after a certain date and click on that.

Have you tried syncing your entitlements here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
