I noticed that my level 1 druid's (2024 edition) hp was higher than it should have been. It should have been 8 rolled +3 from con for a total of 11. In the rolled box it said 12 instead of 8, so I had 15 hp. I remade a new druid and it was the same thing.
Relevant info: Hit Point type: Manual Class: Druid (2024) Species: High Elf Abilities: 9 str, 15 dex, 15 con (+1 ASI total of 16 con), 12 int, 18 wis (+2 ASI total of 20 wis), 12 cha

First level always gets max hit dice roll, so nothing should have changed.

ModeratorThis happens when you choose "Manual" before selecting a class, so it's unable to determine at that time which size to use.
