I don't know if this is a bug or not, but one of my player's characters AC is supposed to be 18, however there seems to be an override AC to 0, we removed that to be blank and that seems to bring the AC back to 18. However when you refresh the character sheet or leave the site and come back the AC override sets back to zero. I tested to see if the AC override resets to zero if the override is another value than zero say negative 1 or positive two and refreshed. The result was that the override value still showed the value I entered however I seem to not be able to remove the Override for it.
Do you have any homebrew content on the character? For example, I notice you have armor named 'Dou' is that just renamed on the sheet, or is it homebrew? If it's homebrew, there may be something incorrectly done in the modifiers of the item.
This may be the case since multiple of us were looking at our new characters, we will be trying to close them all later today and try changing the AC override with only 1 sheet open to see if that resolves the issue.

I noticed that the character has dex of 17, medium armor mastery feat and is wearing heavy armor as well, which seems less than optimal for them! :)

There is no homebrew content on the character yet and the items like the 'Dou' have been just renamed.
Just throwing ideas on the possible issue...
