Myself and several of my players have been trying to get an Eldritch Scarf (from Griffon's Saddlebag 1) to work like the container it is, but it's only allowing them to add it to their equipment or into their backpack.
It's not possible to create homebrew containers. I'd instead recommend adding an existing container and then customizing it to match the Eldritch Scarf. (Just click the item and then open the Customize section in the sidebar.)
