I am creating a new 2014 character. I went to the feats and Dungeon Delver is not listed. As far as I can tell there are no restrictions on it. Is it gone?

I saw it available. Do you own the associated PHB? And if so do you have legacy content enabled on the sheet?

You'd need 2014 Core Rules enabled, not Legacy.
