Are you looking at the thing that says "Unlock the Monster Manual Digital edition now with a free trial subscription to D&D BEYOND"? You still have to pay for the book.

If you have a master-tier subscription, you can share it (and all your online content) with people who join your D&D Beyond campaign. You can have up to five campaigns with this kind of content sharing enabled at a time.
