I got a new player and they added their character to our campaign, but I can't access any of the options they chose when I open the character editing to review.
I told them to try changing the character to "public" but that didn't help.
They have an underscore in their display name, but that's supposedly the only non-alphanumeric character that should work?

I can't access it browser or app.
Is there a way to fix this?
