Synced licenses,  waited a few hours still nothing. 

Where can you see that your licenses are synced?

I have the same issue. My licenses are synced (at least it says so), but neither subclasses nor spells are showing up in the character builder.

Thank you, it also says al my licences are in sync.

Mine are still not showing up and I am synced. Was hoping the update would push it. 

Did yours update at all?

 Yeah just started a couple hours after maintenance
