On the character sheet the description for Two Weapon Fighting style is not accurate. Offhand is a term that is mechanically significant in previous editions and other games but has no place in fifth edition. I have personally witnessed that term causing confusion with game mechanics as it leasds some to believe that you have one weapon/hand that is your main hand and one weapon/hand that is your offhand and they then assume incorrect things based on this.
