Why am I seeing additional subclasses in the PHB? Do I have a weird setting turned on? When I go to Games Rules -> Classes -> I can see the following additional subclasses when I select View Details of the following classes:
For Paladin, I can see the "Oath of the Guardian" subclass after "Oath of Vengeance"
For Warlock, I can see "Exalted Assembly of the Feline Court" subclass after "Great Old One Patron"
For Sorcerer, I can see "Hungering Dark" subclass after "Wild Magic Sorcery"
For Cleric, I can see "Apocalypse Domain" subclass after "War Domain"
For Wizard, I can see "Bibliomancy" subclass after "Illusionist"
Is there a reason I can see these? I also can't see them if I go to Sources -> Player's Handbook (2024) nor are they selectable as subclasses on the Character Builder. I can only see them if I follow the path from Game Rules. Isn't that weird?
You're in a game with somebody who owns whatever book they're in, and content sharing is on. You could pick them in the character builder if you were working with a character in that game.
It's weird that's the only content that shows up in the PHB classes. The other content I own, XGtE and TCoE and SCAG, don't show their subclasses, but only Cthulhu by Twilight shows? I would've thought all the subclasses I have access to would show up...

You're not looking at the PHB; you're looking at the compendium page for the 2024 classes. These intentionally show all the subclasses you have access to that are designed for use with the 2024 classes.
The 2014 classes have separate compendium pages, which you can find if you scroll down on that Game Rules -> Classes page. If you want to see subclasses that were designed for use with the 2014 classes, that's where you need to go.

What are your "Sources"?
If you have Expanded Rules turned off, you won't get Tasha's etc. If you have Partner Content on you will get Cthulu

It’s not a character builder thing because I don’t see options where you can turn off options on the compendium pages. Cthulhu was meant for 2024 PHB, so that’s why it shows up there. When I checked the 2014 PHB compendium pages, all the subclasses from XGtE, TCoE, and SCAG also show up there.
