Hello, I have probably shown and described how to short rest on DnD Beyond like 12+ times to multiple groups. And yet, there's always 1 person who claims it "doesnt work". 

I literally show how to do it on my computer, showing it works. But they still claim its not working. 

Is there an actual bug or other that truly prevents short resting or are my players just not following directions? Im honestly going crazy lmao. Ive never had it not work, its worked every time. 

It'd be helpful to know what exactly they mean by "doesn't work". There are a lot of things that can potentially happen when you take a short rest — are all of them not working? Are some of them not working? Which ones?

If I remember correctly, the ones who say it "doesnt work" claim its not applying the HP. I explain how to do it. Over and over. And yet they claim that its not applying HP

not sure, I tell all my folks to use the Browser as I find it a much more intuitive way to use your sheet. But some still insist on the app
