So whenever I want to delete a spell (non homebrew) I get a scroll wheel, seconds later I get an API crash message and the spell is still there

After this happened I went to my phone to try to delete the spell there but I couldn't open the character at all.
I have tried:
clearing caches
logging out and back in
turning off all my extensions (and uninstalling a few)
deleting cookies
changing browsers
Please advise!
