If you're referring to the available Premade Campaign options, the three you see are the only ones available. All those really do is add a prewritten title, description, and notes for the campaign -- mostly new player links.
For any other campaign, you can simply create one from scratch and give it whatever title, description, and notes you prefer.

Like I said, you won't see that book under Create From Premade Campaign. The three premade campaigns you currently see there are the only ones that exist.
In you're case you'll want to use Create a Campaigninstead. You can call it whatever you want, then play using whatever book you want.
Once you've created that campaign, you can use it to start a Maps session and choose maps from that or any other book. You'll see the options for that book after you start a Maps session, not before.
