You have the character set to use Variant Encumbrance, which causes the character's speed to drop by 10 feet when carrying weight in excess of 5 times their strength score.
You can check this by editing the character and setting encumbrance to off.
I never looked that closely at Variant Encumbrance. What a strange rule to adopt when my character has little more than starting equipment and is already encumbered... Weird.
Hello. I'm new to D&D Beyond and just created a character with the Mobile feat but it doesn't change any listed speeds.
I know I can override the speed manually but...well this looks like the place to address bugs.
Is any other information needed?

Ok, no problems!
The answer is encumbrance. :)

You can change the encumbrance rule used, or disregard - it depends on which encumbrance rules the game you are playing in is using.
With a strength of 13, the character can carry up to 65 lbs before being encumbered.
Some of that equipment is pretty cumbersome though, like 10 torches and 10 days of rations. That's 30 lbs of equipment right there.
Glad I could help though - have fun with your game!
